2017-18 Student Athlete Physical Exam Day Set

Lemont Furnace, PA - Penn State Fayette Department of Athletics is set to host its annual student-athlete physical exam day on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 from 7:30am-12:00pm in the Athletics Department of the Fayette Campus Community Center Building.

This event will serve all incoming and returning student-athletes in obtaining department required physical examinations for the 2017-18 athletic seasons AT NO COST.

Attendees are welcome at any time with no appointment needed. Last walk-in session begins at 11:45am.

Student-Athletes will be required to present their PSU Fayette ID and proof of health insurance.
