Roaring Lions drop first game back from spring training

Youngwood, PA - The Penn State Fayette's Baseball Team traveled to WCCC on Thursday. This was the Lions first game back from Spring Training. They started off hot in the first inning with four runs, but WCCC couldn't be stopped. The final score was 15-4 WCCC.

Outfielder Ross Mazer had two RBIs and one run on Thursday. Outfielder Kody Thomas also had two RBIs and one run. And shortstop Jim Amoroso walked twice.

The Lions will look to bounce back this weekend during a three-game road trip against Penn State Mont Alto. On Saturday, the Lions will play a doubleheader against Mont Alto. The first game begins at 2pm, and the second game starts at 4pm. The last game of the weekend with be on Sunday at 12PM.
