Fayette Golf fairs well in first conference play

Lemont Furnace, PA – The Penn State Fayette Golf team finished third at the first PSUAC match of the season. The match took place at the blue course at University Park. Penn State DuBois was victorious in the end with a score of 318. Penn State Leigh Valley finished in second place with the score of 336. Penn State Fayette was right behind Leigh Valley with a score of 337. Penn State Fayette's Noah House and Charlie Fetzner tied for 11^th place with the score of 82. Haley Brothers missed winning the women's first place medal by one stroke. Fayette golf will look to the next PSUAC match-up hosted by Penn State DuBois. The invitational is set for Wednesday, September 13^th at DuBois Country Club at 11:00 AM.
