Tough match for Fayette Golf

University Park, PA- Golf has tough match on Blue Course.

Fayette struggled on the Blue Course Monday afternoon for the second PSUAC match up of the year. Fayette placed 8th out of 11 teams and shot a 341, going ten strokes more than what the team accomplished on the White Course earlier in the season. Despite the difficult day, Nicholas Summers captured 4th at the match and Jay Thompson had his best round of golf for the season. Fayette will head on the road to have two back to back competitions on the eastern side of the state. Fayette will first head to Penn State Hazleton on Monday to play at Valley Country Club. Tuesday will continue their eastern Pennsylvania tour, heading to Penn State Brandywine's invitational at Kennett Square Golf Club.
