Fayette wins nail-biter on the road

The Fayette Lion's traveled to New Kensington to take Penn State New Ken where they prevailed with a victory, 87-84. The game came down to the wire and Fayette did not crack under pressure. This victory moves Fayette on the year to 3-7 overall and to 2-1 in conference play.

Fayette was led by Tony Bristol, who led fayette in scoring with 22 points and Dominick Jackson, who dropped 18 points with 4 rebounds and 4 steals. Tony Bristol had his best game of the year as he shot 8-10 from the field and 3-5 from 3-pt. With the emergence of Bristol, Fayette looks to keep up their hot play in the conference.

The Roaring Lion's next game will be on the road against Penn State Beaver. Fayette will try to steal another win on the road and keep pace in the tough PSUAC conference.
