Lady Roaring Lions fall to Judson Eagles in Game 1 of USCAA National Softball Championships

Akron, OH – The Penn State Fayette Lady Roaring Lions Softball team traveled to compete in the team's first USCAA National Tournament appearance in team history. Led by pitcher Tiffany Markovitch, catcher Miranda Nichols, and shortstop Monica Joseph, the (#10) Lady Roaring Lions fell short to (#7) Judson College by a home steal made by freshman shortstop Amanda Rowley of Alabaster, Ala in the bottom of the 8th inning.
