Du Bois, PA - The Fayette women's basketball beats PS Du Bois
This past weekend the Fayette women' basketball team beat PS Du Bois 56-48. The team was lead by Taylor McCormick who scored 23 points, 10 of which came from the line. Fayette was able to get to the line fairly often, giving them easy points. While known for her 3pt shooting, Heaven Grum was able to grab 10 rebounds, which was her season high. Defense is one of the things the team has really locked into recently, and everyone in the game recorded at least 1 steal.
The women's team has won 5 of their last 6 games and hopes to keep the momentum for their next game against PS Beaver on Wednesday, February 8, at 6:00 P.M. This is the annual White Out Night game!
