Fayette individuals place at Niagara Tournament

Fayette traveled to Niagara and had 3 wrestlers place in the big tournament over the weekend.

Mike Perdomo finished 2-2 in his matches. Perdomo won the decison against Roger DeJesus 13-1 and pinned Naquan Warren of Jamestown CC. Mike Perdomo recorded 6th place in the Niagara Tournament.

Ethan Kenney of the 157 weight class, won five matches and loss one. He pinned Casey Provost of Brockport, Mitchell Davidson of Mercyhurst, and John Topf of Brockport. Kenney's great performance at the tournament earned him 3rd place in his weight class.

Nathan Spinetti of our heavy weight class finished the tournament with a 4-2 record which was good enough to place 4th in the Niagara Tournament.

Our men's wrestling team showed a lot of promise after facing many tough teams over the weekend. We expect big things from our Roaring Lion's squad as they will wrestle next on January 8th at Penn State Mont Alto for the Mont Alto Holiday Duals.
