Morrow commits to the academic push Penn State Fayette offers

Lemont Furnace, PA – Alphonso Morrow Jr. has decided to commit to the Penn State Fayette's men's basketball program. Morrow is a soon to be Parkville High School graduate, which is located in Parkville, Maryland.  

Alphonso has chosen business with hopes of becoming an entrepreneur after graduating with his four year degree. When asked what he is most looking forward to at Penn State Fayette he answered with, "I am looking forward to playing with my teammates throughout the season. I am also looking forward to the academic push I am going to receive at Penn State Fayette."

Coach Thomas is excited for Alphonso's future with the men's basketball program, commenting "We are extremely excited to have Alphonso join our family. He is a very talented player that has tremendous upside. His character and work ethic will only enhance being a great addition to our team. He is going to excel here on multiple levels."

Morrow credits his family for being his biggest motivation. When Alphonso was asked who his biggest influence is he answered with "My dad has helped me a lot to get to where I am today. He has constantly pushed me to be a better person, on and off the court."
