Off-Campus Housing

The University Commons is located across from Penn State Fayette campus, just off US Route 119 and minutes away from shopping, restaurants, attractions and historical sites.

The University Commons provides safe and secure housing for each student by using security cameras, deadbolt locks for each door, and fire alarms with a state of the art suppression system. Each apartment is fully-furnished and comes complete with wall-to-wall carpeting. All utilities are included in one bill that feature electric, gas, water, sewage, garbage, internet and cable.

University Commons has 64 private bedrooms and 8 semi private (two people to a room) townhouses for a total of 80 students. The University Commons has housing apartments and a housing townhouse options available.

There is parking available at no additional cost and is also available to every student who commutes. Additionally, a shuttle service is made available through Fayette Area Coordinated Transportation (FACT).

University Commons is committed to ensuring the most accommodating environment for every student and have designed the University Commons Apartments to be handicap accessible.
