Roaring Lions fall at Allegany College of Maryland

Cumberland, MD- The Roaring Lions traveled to Allegany College of Maryland this past Monday to take on the Trojans.  The Trojans were able to control the game after getting off to a 5-1 start.  The Roaring Lions had chances to battle back into the game, but fielding errors were the story of the loss for Fayette.  The Trojans were able to win on their home field by a final of 13-3 in 6 innings. 

Left Fielder Kody Thomas was the highlighted player for Fayette.  Thomas had 3 at bats in the game.  Off of his at bats he had 2 hits and 1 run.

Baseball will be back in action this Saturday for a double header against Penn State Greater Allegheny.  First pitch for game one is set for 12PM and first pitch for game two is set for 2PM.
