Fayette plays hard but comes up short to New Kensington

 

New Kensington, PA- The Roaring Lions traveled to Penn State New Kensington for a single game match up this past Saturday.  Fayette played a very competitive game and the game really turned into a track meet for both sides.  New Kensington would be able to hang on and win the game by a final of 14-12.

Highlighted players for the roaring Lions included Austin Clark with 2 runs and 5 RBI's off of 4 hits and 6 at bats, and Jaryn Addis with 2 runs and 1 RBI off of 3 hits and 5 at bats.

Highlighted players for New Kensington included Jake Stackiewicz with 4 runs and 4 RBI's off of 3 hits and 4 at bats, and Darius Bennis with 1 run and 2 RBI's off of 3 hits and 4 at bats.

Baseball will be back in action this Sunday, April 15 as they travel to Penn State Greater Allegheny for a single game match up.
