Monaca, PA- The Penn State Fayette Roaring Lions traveled to Penn State Beaver this past Wednesday for a double header. Beaver was able to hold off a Fayette rally in the first game, then carrying that momentum to defeat Fayette in the second game. The final for game one was 5-4 and the final of game two was 6-3, Beaver being victorious in both.
Highlighted players for Fayette in game one included Ross Mazer with 2 runs off 2 hits and 4 at bats, and Matt Morgan with 1 run and 3 RBI's off of 2 hits and 4 at bats.
