Fayette falls to Mont Alto
Lemont Furnace, PA- The Roaring Lions were in action this past Friday night for a single game matchup against Penn State Mont Alto. The game took place at Fayette, but the Roaring Lions were not able to take control of home field advantage. Fayette was able to come out strong but Mont Alto was able to take all of their blows. The final score of the game was 17-6 in favor of Mont Alto.
Highlighted players for Fayette included Austin Clark with 2 runs and 2 RBI's off of 3 hits and 4 at bats, and Kody Thomas with 1 run and 1 RBI off of 2 hits and 5 at bats.
Highlighted players for Mont Alto included Nick Jacoby with 3 runs and 7 RBI's off of 3 hits and 5 at bats, and Jeremiah Younker with 3 runs and 2 RBI's off of 5 hits and 6 at bats.
Baseball will be back in action Saturday, April 21st as they square off for a double header against Penn State Mont Alto. First pitch for game one will be at 12:00PM and first pitch for game two will follow at 2:00PM.
