XC takes first at PSU Scranton Meet

Scranton, PA- Cross Country had great success at the PSU Scranton meet on Saturday. 

Cross Country had a fantastic meet at Penn State Scranton, especially the women's team with a first place finish. 

Chloe Kalp took the first place finish, which was her second time this season winning a PSUAC Meet. Julie Seliga took 2nd place right behind Chloe, which clinched the women's team in a 1st place team finish.

Coach Shane Bush spoke about the match, "It was a beautiful day in Scranton for Cross Country. The men battled hard but there were too many teams with more runners. I am proud of both teams they were tired all week during practice to prepare for this meet and performed better than expected."

Fayette Cross Country team will finish their last regular season meet on the road at Penn State Brandywine on October 22 at a 10:00 A.M. start time.
