The Lions opened up a quick 11-2 lead, before Greater Allegheny 10-6 run to cut the margin.  Scoring 11 points in the last two and a half minutes in the first half, PSU Fayette took a 14 point lead into the locker room.

Dierre Jenkins (Uniontown, Pa.) and Luke Williams (Maui, HI) rounded out a double digit scoring night for the Lions, as they added 16 and 10 respectively.  Jenkins nailed 4 threes and pulled down 7 rebounds.  Dominick Jackson (Minneapolis, Minn.) added 9 for the Fayette cagers, and Derek Jones (Brownsville, Pa.) kept his 7 game streak with a made 3 pointer, knocking down 2 of 5 attempts.

Petrie Addison led all scorers with 32.  "We had a trio of defenders guarding Petrie all night, and they all worked tirelessly to limit his looks," said Roaring Lion Coach Mark John.  "He's (Addison) an explosive player.  Luke, Darius, and Sean (Smoggie, Carmichaels, Pa.) did an outstanding job.  He is capable of scoring 50 on any given night," John added.  Smoggie held Addison to just 5 points, all on free throws while guarding him in the second half.  "Sean is a very tough, hard-nosed, humble player.  His work ethic on defense is unparalleled, and loves the challenge of guarding the other team's most explosive player," says John

The Roaring Lions travel to the eastern side of the Commonwealth, as they take on PSU Lehigh Valley on Saturday at Lehigh University's Stabler Arena.  Sunday the Lions will make a stop in Brandywine.  Tip is slated for 8 PM and 3 PM respectively.
