Fayette Falls Behind Early in Loss to Mont Alto

Going into the game, the Roaring Lions lost three games in a row. They were desperately looking for win against Penn State Mont Alto. But the Lions fell short and could not snap their losing streak.

The Lions once again fell behind early, and they had to play catch up throughout the matchup with Penn State Mont Alto. At one point in the first half, the Lions were down by 21 points. They narrowed the gap, but Penn State Mont Alto once again took a substantial lead in the second half of the game. In the end, the Lions couldn't climb out of the hole they dug for themselves, and they lost to Penn State Mont Alto 80-70.

London Hoxie led all Penn State Fayette's scorers with 16 points. Marvin Sidon put up 15 points, 2 rebounds, and 2 assist. And coming off the bench, Atrayo Matthews had 12 points, 4 rebounds, and 2 assists. 

The Lions have now lost four games in a row and are now 3-6 in PSUAC play. They will for a win on Tuesday at 8pm when they visit Penn State Greater Allegheny.
