Lehigh Valley, PA- Men's Basketball injuries make PSU Lehigh Valley game difficult to win.
Men's basketball battled hard Saturday night against PSU Lehigh Valley, but unfortunately fell short, making the final score 77-73. Dominic Boring was not seen in the game Saturday due to injury, causing a different starting lineup to occur. Fayette found their groove in the second half, but unfortunately it was not enough to get the win.
Coach Andy Hedrick spoke about the game, "We got off to a bad start again and with the injuries to Dom and later to Si (Dasilas Jones) it was toug to pull it out at the end."
The team was led by Xavier Boyd with 20 points, shooting 8 for 16 in field goals.
Fayette will take a break for finals week this week and continue on right before break with a Holiday Tournament hosted at Kent State Tuscarawas on December 21 and 22.
