“We are looking for guys who live by the process. Guys who win the day. To win the day you have to go to class, be in the first couple of rows. You have to take care of your body, drink more water, get treatment, be a good teammate, cheer others on, be disciplined, and get your shots up after practice. Last, take coaching... be coachable. If you trust this process of ‘winning the days’, you will be able to impact a winning culture in a positive way.”
