Lemont Furnace, PA- The Penn State Fayette Roaring Lions played host to Penn State New Kensington this past Friday in a double header. New Kensington played two very competitive games, but in the end Fayette was able to continue their winning ways. The final of game one was 5-3 in favor of Fayette and the final of game two was 4-3 also in favor of the Roaring Lions.
Highlighted players from Fayette in game one were Chanel Porter with 1 run and 1 RBI off of 2 hits and 3 at bats, and Aubree Yates with 2 runs off of 2 hits and 4 at bats.
Highlighted players from New Kensington in game one were Morgan Williams with 1 run and 2 RBI's off of 2 hits and 3 at bats, and Rebecca Wilhelm with 1 run off 1 hit and 3 at bats.
Highlighted players from Fayette from game two were Chanel Porter with 1 run off of 2 hits and 3 at bats, and Kaitlyn Wilson with 1 run off of 1 hit and 2 at bats.
