Fayette took a commanding lead in the first set and never looked back. Sophomore outside hitter and USCAA All-American Leah Ambrosini led the Roaring Lions with 15 kills on only 22 attacks, while freshman Marney Hillen had 12. Junior All-American setter Katie Sleasman had 35 assists on the 75 Fayette points.  Junior All-American Alex Rossi helped lead the way with 10 service points while also contributing five kills to the cause. Freshmen Caitlin Fidel and Alaina Weiss helped lead the defensive effort, recording five blocks each.

The Roaring Lions take on Mont Alto in a rematch of the previous two PSUAC Championship matches. Fayette won both. Mont Alto won the regular season match-up back on September 19 in a 3-1 victory on the Penn State York court.
