LEHIGH VALLEY, Pa. – It was another good showing for Fayette's women's cross country team Saturday at the Penn State Lehigh Valley Invitational, taking second place, five points behind meet winner Penn State Scranton.

Carin Benz (Lewistown, Pa.) led the Roaring Lions runners across the line at 24:17, good enough for fifth place. Jen Naymick (Uniontown, Pa.) was 10^th at 25:42, while Heather Hunchuck (Uniontown, Pa.) clocked in at 26:18, capturing the 13^th spot.  Brigid Corey (Fredericksburg, Va.) was 14^th (26:21), Jacynth Drumhiller (Dawson, Pa.)  16^th (26:47).

On the men's side, the squad posted a seventh place finish behind Kevin Diamond's 22^nd place finish.
