Kalp wins and others have career best performances

Mont Alto, PA- Fayette had their first conference meet this past weekend at Penn State Mont Alto.

Although Chloe Kalp is currently Fayette's only female runner she is making a tremendous impact this season, particularly at the first Conference Invitational hosted by Penn State Mont Alto.  Kalp took first place in the meet by running 22 minutes flat in the 5k run.

Coach Bush also commented that several others on the men's team broke their personal best records during the PSU Mont Alto Invitational.

"I couldn't be prouder of our athletes", Coach Bush said. "They really put their heart and sould into this race."

Penn State Fayette Cross Country team is excited about their next meet, which will be a home invitational on Saturday, September 24th at 11:00 AM.
