New territory, as Fayette attends Allegheny College

Allegheny, PA- Fayette Cross Country attended the Allegheny Classic.

Fayette was in new territory this past weekend, attending the Allegheny Classic for the first time. Chloe Kalp was able to clinch a 9th place finish at the meet behind the Allegheny home team roster. For the men's side, Marco placed 36 and Sam Leonard was right behind him placing 37th. 

Head Coach PJ Savini commented on the meet, "Taking on new territories as we attend the Allegheny Collegte Invitational for the first time ever. Making good strides with Chloe Kalp finishing 9th overall and the men's team progessing each week." 

Fayette will have an exciting meet this upcoming Saturday at home with the Roaring Lions Invitational. Fayette holds one of the most difficult courses in the USCAA. The meet will not only be a college invitational, but is paired with local school districts to create a festival type feel for the student athletes and spectators of the sport.
