Kalp shatters records, Wins PSUAC Invitational

Scranton, PA- Kalp wins PSUAC Invite at Scranton.

Chloe Kalp has once again shattered the Penn State Scranton course record for women's cross country, but this time during the PSUAC Invitational. Kalp finished the race with an impressive 25:58.8 time, with the next closest person over one minute and thirty seconds behind her. Kalp will now look ahead to her biggest challenge yet, and that is USCAA National Championships on her home course. During her home meet on the course she won with impressive time of 25:26.4, which put her 18 seconds ahead of the next closest runner. For the men's side, Samuel Leonard was able to take 17th out of the 24 runners. This is Samuel's first PSUAC Invitational he has participated in. The USCAA Nationals will take place at 10:00 A.M. Sunday, November 12.
